These conditions concern sales of perfumes and other products by nineteen-sixtynine.com exclusively to private individual consumers. This website is directed exclusively to private individuals and these terms do not apply to purchases made in physical retail stores. 19-69 reserves the right to revise these terms at any time. The date of the latest update is reflected on this site, and users are responsible for keeping themselves updated with changes.
Orders, Product Availability & Pricing
Availability: We do not guarantee that all items displayed on nineteen-sixtynine.com are in stock at the time of your order. If an item is out of stock, we will attempt to contact you by phone or email. If we are unable to reach you, your order will be automatically canceled.
Pricing & Site Errors: While 19-69 strives to present accurate texts, images, and pricing, errors may occur. If you are charged an incorrect price when shopping from the online store, we will give you the option to place a new order at the corrected price or cancel your order for a full refund.
Cancellations: Due to automated warehouse processing, orders cannot be modified or canceled by the customer once placed.
Shipping, Delivery & Hazardous Goods
Rates & Delivery Times: Shipping is charged at a flat rate of €25, or free for orders exceeding €150. Orders ship within 2–4 business days following receipt, with delivery typically taking 5–7 business days. Single orders may occasionally be delivered in multiple shipments.
Delivery Delays: Estimated delivery timeframes may change without notice due to order fluctuations, peak seasons, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. Nineteen-sixtynine.com is not liable for transit delays caused by third-party shipping couriers or customs processing.
Import Duties & Fees: Delivery charges do not include destination import duties, customs fees, or local taxes. The customer is solely responsible for paying any import duties due upon arrival in the destination country.
Dangerous Goods Classification: Perfumes contain alcohol and are classified and regulated as flammable goods. All outbound shipments and customer returns must strictly adhere to international regulations governing the transport of dangerous goods.
Returns & Hygiene Restrictions
Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Due to health, hygiene, and product integrity standards, returns are only accepted if products remain completely unopened, sealed in original protective cellophane, and in resalable condition. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. The customer bears full regulatory and financial responsibility for packing and returning flammable goods safely in compliant packaging.
