Due to COVID-19 the regulations for shipping change frequently and air traffic is restricted. This affects our ability to deliver products as efficiently and quickly as we do during normal times. Please expect an extended delivery time. Nineteen-sixtynine.com is currently shipping out from the US. Nineteen-sixtynine.com will not be held responsible for delays with the couriers.

Orders are shipped 2-4 business days following the order was placed. Occasionally, a single order needs to be sent in two or more shipments. Most items arrive 5-7 business days after receipt of your order. This time frame may change unexpectedly and without notice depending on order fluctuation and outstanding circumstances.

STANDARD DELIVERY

Nineteen-sixtynine.com ships to the following countries; Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, UK and to the US.

RETURNS

In order to process orders quickly, NINETEEN SIXTY NINE is unable to cancel or make any changes to orders once they have been placed in our system. Original shipping charges are non- refundable and reflect the original costs of shipping flammable goods. Packing and shipping are outsourced to a third party.

NINETEEN SIXTY NINE is not responsible for any shipping charges that may occur from an exchange, return, or if the parcel is returned as non-deliverable or Returned to Sender. Store credit will be issued for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping costs, once the package is delivered and processed by our Returns Department. To ensure that your parcel is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery. We encourage you to continuously track your order while in transit.

NINETEEN SIXTY NINE is unable to speak with carriers directly regarding address change requests. Please use the tracking number provided to contact the carrier directly. Should you receive an email from us, please respond in a timely manner to ensure that we are able to address any concerns.

During 30 days following the delivery of your order, you may request the refund of items, which you must return to us in unused condition accompanied by the original invoice. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact and in a resellable condition. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Online Store cannot accept returns where labels have been removed or products opened. In the case of a product broken during transportation, please send a photo proof to order@nineteen- sixtynine.com. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product, to the original purchasers credit card.

Retain your proof of posting until you have received your refund. Note that additional duties and/ or taxes will not be refunded for countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund. All exchanges are subject to availability. Faulty items will be replaced by the same type of product, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 30-day period following delivery.

Returns can only be made as described in nineteen-sixtynine.com Online Store’s instructions. Items cannot be exchanged or refunded in any store representing the NINETEEN SIXTY NINE products. It takes up to two weeks to process returns and credit your account. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.
