During 30 days following the delivery of your order, you may request the refund of items, which you must return to us in unused condition accompanied by the original invoice. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact and in a resellable condition. Online Store cannot accept returns where labels have been removed or products opened. In the case of a product broken during transportation, please send a photo proof to For returns please follow the procedure as detailed below. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product, to the original purchasers credit card. Note that additional duties and/ or taxes will not be refunded for countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund. All exchanges are subject to availability. Faulty items will be replaced by the same type of product, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 30-day period following delivery. Returns can only be made as described in Online Store’s instructions. Items cannot be exchanged or refunded in any store representing the NINETEEN SIXTY NINE products. It takes up to two weeks to process returns and credit your account. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction. If you were to be unsatisfied with your purchase, offers free returns with FedEx/UPS or DHL. Please follow the procedure below:

1. Simply e-mail and include your order number, reason for the return and pictures of the product. Please also include your name, e-mail address and phone number so that we can contact you, if necessary.
2. If you live in the US you will receive a UPS/DHL/ FedEx prepaid return label. If you live in Europe you will get a UPS/DHL/FedEx prepaid return label which you can use at a UPS/ DHL/ FedEx depot or through a scheduled UPS/DHL/FedEx pick-up of your package. If you would like to return your product in another way NINETEEN SIXTY NINE do not offer compensation for the return fee.
3. Package your return item in NINETEEN SIXTY NINE packaging or in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit.
4. You will receive an email confirmation once return is processed.
