Orders are shipped 2-5 business days following the order was placed. Occasionally, a single order needs to be sent in two or more shipments. Most items arrive 5-21 business days after receipt of your order. Delays may be experienced during peak seasons and public holidays. will not be held responsible for delays with the couriers.

Unfortunately, we do not ship to all countries. ships to the following EU countries (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Ukraine and the UK) to Hong Kong and to the US.


During 30 days following the delivery of your order, you may request the refund of items, which you must return to us in unused condition accompanied by the original invoice. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact and in a resellable condition.

Online Store cannot accept returns where labels have been removed or products opened. In the case of a product broken during transportation, please send a photo proof to Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product, to the original purchasers credit card. Retain your proof of posting until you have received your refund. Note that additional duties and/ or taxes will not be refunded for countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund. All exchanges are subject to availability. Faulty items will be replaced by the same type of product, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 30-day period following delivery. Returns can only be made as described in Online Store’s instructions. Items cannot be exchanged or refunded in any store representing the NINETEEN SIXTY NINE products. It takes up to two weeks to process returns and credit your account.
